Payment Troubleshooting

Helpful tools and tips for completing your generous donation

Having trouble making a payment? Let's fix that!

We appreciate your interest in donating to MercyWorks and we’re sorry you’re having issues. Please see below for a list of troubleshooting tools and tips that our team has put together.  First, let's check on a few things:

Double check your card information

It's easy to mistype a digit or overlook an expiration date. Before proceeding, take a moment to review the card details you've entered, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

Verify Your Personal Info and Donation Amount: 

Ensure that all your personal information, such as name and address, is correct. Additionally, double-check the donation amount to make sure it reflects your intended contribution.

Errors or Red Text

If you are seeing a form field highlighted in red, or you see red text, you may have missed a required field. Please be sure to fill out all required fields before submitting your payment.

Advanced Troubleshooting

If you're still experiencing difficulties, here are a few more options you can explore to resolve the issue.

Check your security blockers

Sometimes, security settings on your device might be blocking the payment process. To check this, follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, go to your browser's settings.
  2. Look for the section on security or privacy settings.
  3. Ensure that our website is not listed as blocked or restricted.

Try using a different browser

If you're experiencing issues, trying a different browser can often solve the problem. Here's how:

  • If you're using Google Chrome, try Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  • Simply type the name of the browser you want to try into your search engine and follow the instructions to download and install it.

Open an "incognito" browser or tab

Sometimes, browser extensions or cookies can interfere with payments. Use incognito or private browsing mode to bypass these issues:

  • In Google Chrome or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac) to open a new incognito window.
  • Try processing the transaction again in this window.
